Roulette Progressive Lucky-Seats™ is a Roulette Progressive-bet awards Matching, Incrementing, and Decrementing number sequences.
The Progressive Jackpot features the “Lucky-Seat” payout scheme which achieves fair Jackpot distribution regardless of the number of Progressive bettors at the table.
The Jackpot pays for 3 consecutive spins of the Base number, where the Base is the last spin before the Progressive-bet opens.
The Jackpot also pays for 3 consecutives sequential (Up or Down) spins starting from the Base-number.
The bet awards fixed payouts for 1- and 2- spin sequences Matching, Incrementing or Decrementing from the Base-number.
When a spin ends a winning sequence, the highest winning sequence is paid (if any) and the Progressive-bet is Re-opened.

RULES
There are 8 betting spots, one for each seat, uniquely identified by positions #1 thru #8.
The rules and general dealing procedures for the Progressive-bet are as follows:
1. The Roulette Progressive-bet is opened when there are no remaining live Progressive-bets following the prior spin.
The number of the prior spin becomes the Base-number for the next Progressive game.
2. When the Progressive is open, a player may wager a fixed-amount Progressive-bet (1 unit) in one of the uniquely identified Progressive betting spots on the table.
3. A Fix% of each Progressive-bet is added to the Progressive Total.
4. All payouts are subtracted from the Progressive Total.
5. After all Progressive-bets are made, one of the 8 betting Spots/Seats is randomly selected as the Lucky-Seat.
The Lucky-Seat is selected using a pseudo-random number generator, uniformly distributed over all 8 betting spots.
Note there may be no Progressive-bet in the selected Lucky-Seat.
6. The winning number for the 1st spin is determined.
If the winning number matches the Base-number, then a 1-spin matching sequence is established.
If the winning number is one higher than the Base-number (0 if the Base-number is 36), then a 1-spin increasing sequence is established.
If the winning number is one lower than the Base-number (36 if the Base-number is 0), then a 1-spin decreasing sequence is established. Otherwise, there is no winning sequence, and all Progressive-bets lose, and the bet is Re-opened (go to step 1).
7. For all 1-spin winning sequences, the progressive game continues. No new progressive bets are allowed until the bet re-opens.
